One integrated offering, at the ready for clients in need. Our Crisis & Resilience team sits within Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory at Deloitte Belgium.


Your journey with us
  • Support our Crisis & Resilience specialists in the different missions on operational, tactical & strategic level
  • Assist organizations in enhancing their resilience by defining objectives and requirements with (top)management in line with the legislative framework (such as the EU Critical Entities Resilience Directive)
  • Perform business impact analyses and risk assessments to quantify the impact of a major disruption to the organization’s critical services and processes and to identify threats the organization is exposed to
  • Define resilience strategies based on the results of the business impact analysis and risk assessments and draft pragmatic plans to enhance the resilience capabilities of the organization
  • Determine adequate incident response and crisis management structures, including crisis management plan and crisis communication guidelines as required
  • Prepare, facilitate and evaluate exercises in order to enhance the preparedness of the organization to deal with disruptive events
  • Follow-up on evolutions in the Crisis & Resilience domains and develop and share your knowledge
  • Support business development in the Crisis & Resilience domains

Let’s talk about you
  • A strong personal desire to be a vital part in helping organizations to prepare for and navigate successfully through crisis situations
  • You have 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in the domain of Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity Management, in a client facing or large-scale organization
  • Familiar with the standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 22361 and BCI Good Practice Guidelines and applied them in practice
  • A strong interest to learn, grow and broaden your experience in one or more of the following fields: Risk Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience and IT Resilience
  • Good business and process analysis skills
  • Experience in participating or leading in projects to meet client expectations within budget and on time
  • Hands-on experience in organizing workshops and regular interactions with stakeholders at different levels
  • Team player, creative and willing to learn and develop new skills
  • Flexible and easy to adapt in new / changing situations
  • Strong communicator with fluent language skills in English and Dutch
