• Lead client projects in the Sustainability team for SRTA (Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory), delivering high-quality output.
• Assist companies in their carbon journey, from carbon footprint calculation (scope 1, 2, 3), to target setting (SBTI, flag emissions), decarbonization (modelling, reduction initiatives), and reporting (CSRD, ESRS E1, Climate transition plan). 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding decarbonisation challenges and regulatory frameworks.
• Help public authorities with long-term vision and policy for the Belgian energy system, and develop decarbonisation roadmaps.
• Analyse and adapt business models, build business cases, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration on climate and energy initiatives.
• Develop analytical, communication, and soft skills, and invest in professional development through tailored learning and training programs.

Let’s talk about you

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, science, business, economics.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Significant knowledge & practical project experience in the following areas: decarbonisation modelling, carbon accounting, GHG protocol (scope 3 included), SBTI (Flag emissions included), CSRD, climate mitigation and adaptation, energy systems, energy transition, and related fields.
• Quantitative mindset & data oriented – be very comfortable with numbers, advance capabilities d in Excel & modelling skills with project experience.
• Strategic mindset, fascinated by new technologies, intellectually curious, and eager to challenge existing paradigms.
• Audit mindset, attention to details, thorough structure & documentation.
• Hands-on, result-oriented, and quality-driven with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with clients, and adaptable to changing circumstances and new challenges.
• Willing to travel, primarily within Belgium, and fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
