We are looking for a Junior Ethics Advisor to join our team and support our ethics program and compliance initiatives. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to make an impact in the field of business ethics, corporate governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and committed to grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize Soundings & Meetings (e.g., Ethics Council meetings, risk assessments workshops)
  • Support Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in the analysis and reporting of ethics surveys, ad hoc reporting, case statistics analysis including year-end reporting.
  • Case Management Support: Provide assistance in case management by writing reports and contributing to ethics cases/investigations.
  • Communications: Create regular ethics communications (firmwide or business units), including Ethics Episodes and other related content.
  • Intranet & Platform Management: Maintain and update Intranet pages, drive traffic via platforms such as Viva Engage, and support ethics platforms (Ethics Point, Intranet, ServiceNow).
  • Policy Updates: Assist in the updating and revision of internal policies to ensure they meet compliance standards.
  • Support Ethics Learning: Assist in organizing and supporting ethics-related learning initiatives (workshops, e-learning, and follow-up processes).
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative follow-up across various ethics and compliance projects, ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:
  • A university degree is a must.
  • A first professional experience or internships are big asset, but not required for this entry-level position.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French. 
  • You have strong administrative skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • You have a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the ethics function.
