Your journey with us

The Artificial Intelligence & Data market offering is looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen their Life Sciences and Healthcare team with a focus on Data Science and AI. You will gain exposure to multiple Life Sciences and Healthcare clients with a chance to choose a focus and help to shape Deloitte market offerings.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering AI projects at clients
  • Enable the team to stay on top of recent innovative developments in the AI domain
  • Take on an enabling role in growing Deloitte’s AI footprint in the local & international market
  • Support business development in the AI space, exploring business needs, defining project proposals and presenting them to client leadership
  • Manage projects from the inception phase to their final implementation and closure, by translating client's business problems into AI solutions
  • Contribute to a positive working environment with maximum learning opportunities and exposure for your team members, encouraging every person in your team to further grow and develop their skills and career
  • Serve as a translator between business and technical client teams
  • Establish long term client relationships


Let's talk about you
  • You have at least 4 years of relevant working experience, ideally including external consulting experience;
  • University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business Engineering, Computer Science or AI, Statistics, Technology Law, …)
  • You understand and envision ways in which AI can transform the enterprise and help set a vision.
  • You have a passion for Ethics, Data and Technology, and a drive to guide organisations in their adoption of (Gen)AI solutions in a responsible way to improve stakeholder’s adoption and achieve sustainable business change;
  • You have experience and/or insights in how to implement and manage data science and AI projects;
  • You have a real “make-it-happen” attitude and an unquenchable thirst for new learning opportunities;
  • You enjoy thinking outside of the box and coming up with innovative and creative client solutions;
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills and you are capable in ‘challenging’ your client and leaders in a constructive way
  • Fluency in English, and at least Dutch or French
