The AI&D team is looking for an AI Strategy Senior Consultant to strengthen the team across the domains of Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI Governance, and Data Management. You will gain exposure to multiple industries, with the opportunity to choose a focus area while helping to shape Deloitte’s market offerings.
  • Engage in cross-domain projects covering data strategy, AI strategy, AI governance, data governance, and master data management.
  • Develop and implement data & AI operating models, frameworks, policies, and processes to strengthen clients’ data foundations.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and advancements in AI, data strategy, and data & AI governance to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.
  • Drive client meetings by preparing material, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.
  • Forge and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Data.
  • Contribute to the development of market offerings, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Deliver reports, recommendations, and conclusions for our clients.
  • Conduct workshops, trainings, and other capacity-building activities for internal and external audiences.
  • Support the further development of our AI & Data Strategy tribe.
  • Advise clients on AI governance frameworks to ensure AI is deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory expectations.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and in-depth analysis of AI governance, data governance, and broader data management practices.

Let's talk about you:

  • You have around 3–6 years of relevant experience in data strategy, AI strategy, data governance, or AI governance.
  • Passionate about the potential of AI and data to transform organizations, with a strong interest in responsible and ethical AI.
  • Proven track record in one or more of the following: AI governance, data governance, master data management, or data strategy.
  • Experience with AI governance frameworks, data governance methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client requirements into roadmaps and sustainable solutions.
  • Experience in AI strategy and data strategy engagements is considered a strong plus.
  • Experience with data governance or AI governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Atlan, MS Purview, Model Cards, Responsible AI frameworks) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; able to inspire clients, conduct workshops, and drive interviews in a multinational environment.
  • Nice to have: understanding of the SAP ecosystem and its link with master data management.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, balancing strategic vision with operational detail.
  • Curious, eager to learn, a self-starter, and a true team player with strong soft skills.
  • Fluent in English with a very good level in Dutch and/or French
