Are you an accountant with several years of experience looking for a new challenge in your area?

Our offices in Antwerp, Leuven, Hasselt, or Zaventem are looking for a central figure who thinks along with us, anticipates needs, and wants to act as a trusted advisor for our clients. In addition to managing client files, you will also be responsible for supervising and guiding a multidisciplinary team of specialists. In short, you will be the point of contact for your colleagues, as well as for our clients' accountants, business managers, and CFOs.

Specifically, your job will include:

  • The technical preparation and tax optimization of annual accounts, working as part of a team and in compliance with the legal deadlines for submission;
  • The high-quality preparation of corporate and personal income tax returns;
  • Providing successful assistance during tax audits;
  • Developing and discussing financial analyses and dashboards;
  • You will be called upon as a professional advisor in a multidisciplinary team that assists nationally and internationally operating SMEs and family businesses;
  • In addition, you will coach younger colleagues in the execution of various subtasks related to client files;
  • In time, you will take the lead in client files.

Let's talk about you
  • You have a passion for numbers and taxation;
  • You have a master's degree in applied economics and/or a bachelor's degree in accountancy and taxation and have 2-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in an accountancy firm;
  • You are eager to learn, ambitious, and want to build a successful career;
  • You are analytical, sufficiently critical, and have strong communication skills;
  • You have the ambition to obtain your title (ITAA);
  • You can work independently but also have a healthy dose of team spirit;
  • You provide customer-oriented service and have a commercial mindset.
