Your journey with us

As part of the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team, you will be supporting the Technology & Transformation practice in Belgium. 

The QRM Team consists of 2 key pillars: Quality and Risk. You will be part of Risk with other team members involved in contracting and supported by a central Legal Office for certain matters. Together with your team members you will be principally involved in contract review, negotiation and follow-up: you will be trained within the team and have the opportunity to grow as a paralegal. Your role will be diverse and involve different areas of expertise.

Your role and responsibility will be to:
  • Support other team members with various daily administration for contracting including maintaining contract templates and team sites up-to-date;
  • Oversee signature of contracts in Docusign and verify compliance with internal policy; 
  • Work closely with other Quality team members of QRM where required (e.g. processing and verifying signed contracts for compliance in contract database, following up for missing contracts, etc.);
  • Support various internal initiatives and procedures, such as confidentiality and security programs;
  • Assist in ad-hoc internal projects; 
  • Assist in the development and delivery of QRM training;
  • Review and negotiate contracts.
Let's talk about you

Education and experience: 
  • 1-3 years of work experience;
  • Master in Business Management or Legal Practice; experience in the IT/professional services industry would be an asset but not a must.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and French and/or Dutch;
  • Able to work in a demanding environment and to act swiftly upon multiple business requests;
  • Ability to understand priorities; organized, eye for detail and proactive in following up with assigned tasks;
  • Being a real team player who can also work independently with minimum supervision is key as well as ability to build good relationships in an international environment with various stakeholders;
  • Reliable, flexible, resilient and tenacious with a positive nature and a sense of humour.
