Your journey with us

As a Learning & Onboarding operational manager reporting to and supported by the Learning & Onboarding services Lead, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Team 
  • Together with the L&O services Lead, define goals and objectives for each team member
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with team members
  • Structure the team, continuously assess workload, ensure business continuity
Operations 
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of learning and onboarding services 
  • Manage team workflows, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and implement risk management approach to mitigate potential issues
  • Coordinate resources, maintain clear communication and relevant connections with main stakeholders (Belgium and Global/Regional)
  • Focus on a high-quality learning and onboarding experience for new and experienced hires
Process improvements & Projects  
  • Gradually implement new ways of working: harmonize processes, automate processes, work with our delivery network 
  • Challenge the team to keep on integrating best practices focusing on improving our processes 
    • Analyzing and harmonizing cross-business units learning processes to ensure quality & efficiency 
    • Supporting the team in building strong knowledge management (documentation, manuals) & transfer activities to our delivery network
    • Drive and/or contribute to key Learning & Onboarding projects
Let's talk about you
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field.  
  • Around 9yrs of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Process driven, hands-on, pragmatic (experience in process improvements is a plus)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Efficient, solution oriented, flexible
  • Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with strong presentation and communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
