The Role

As a Senior Marketing & Communications Officer, working collaboratively with the team, your responsibilities will include:

Partnership Activation

  • Activate and nurture strategic partnerships in Arts & Culture, Music, and Sports, bringing them to life through engaging content and meaningful audience interactions.
  • Deliver compelling digital campaigns and experiences that resonate with our target audiences.

Campaign Development & Digital Execution

  • Develop integrated campaigns for both internal and external communications with a strong digital-first approach.
  • You are a creative thinker with a strong conceptual ability, a keen eye for video, and can assist with video production as well as other media formats such as podcasts and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that engage our audience and drive meaningful conversations across relevant platforms.
  • Demonstrate relentless curiosity for AI — actively seek out, experiment with, and integrate the latest AI solutions to build smarter campaigns.

Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Manage projects with meticulous attention to detail, thinking through every aspect to ensure flawless execution.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders in a highly professional context, instinctively knowing who needs to be informed or involved to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Brand Stewardship

  • Be passionate about our brand at all times. Take pride in learning and upholding our brand guidelines and commit to protecting them consistently.
  • Work closely with external suppliers and creative agencies, writing and delivering clear, accurate briefs. Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to ensure the best creative outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent field, with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a creative, digital, or production environment. Experience in a relevant business environment is a plus.
  • Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management across multiple platforms.
  • Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and the ability to provide a strategic link between communications and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in digitally activating and managing partnerships and collaborations.
