Het Greenille Private Client Team binnen het advocatenkantoor Deloitte Legal – Lawyers, is een multidisciplinair team met een focus op de begeleiding van vermogende particulieren en families. Binnen de offering FSCP staan wij onze cliënten bij in het kader van procedures, zowel nationaal als internationaal, met betrekking tot hun persoonlijke status (nationaliteit, afstamming), met betrekking tot hun familie (echtscheiding, scheiding van tafel en bed, feitelijke scheidingen, vereffening-verdeling na echtscheiding, alimentatieclaims, vereffening-verdeling na overlijden, discussies tussen erfgenamen, discussies met de fiscale administratie inzake successierecht en registratierecht, …), en met betrekking tot hun familiebedrijf (conflicten tussen aandeelhouders-echtgenoten, …).

Door de bevoorrechte multidisciplinaire groepering met Deloitte kan het Greenille Private Client Team voor haar cliënten ook beroep doen op het nationaal en internationaal netwerk van Deloitte Private.


Let's talk about you
  • Je behaalde sterke resultaten in je Master Rechten aan een Belgische universiteit, idealiter aangevuld met een Master-na-Master notariaat;
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring (3-5 jaar) in het voeren van procedures en het verlenen van advies inzake
    • Familiaal vermogensrecht (incl. echtscheidingen, beëindiging van samenlevingsvormen)
    • Erfrecht (incl. nalatenschappen)
    • Familierecht
  • Je hebt een brede interesse in private clients en geschillenbeslechting;
  • Nederlands is je sterkste taal en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels;
  • Het bestuderen van civiele geschillen vanuit diverse invalshoeken, waarbij je steeds het globale belang van de cliënt voor ogen houdt, vormt voor jou een boeiende en leerrijke uitdaging;
  • Je houdt ervan de zaken tot op het bot uit te zoeken en deze vervolgens om te zetten in een praktisch advies en een duidelijke strategie voor de cliënt;
  • Bijleren en jezelf blijven uitdagen om beter te doen op alle vlakken kenmerken je;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, legt de lat voor jezelf hoog en deinst niet terug voor technische complexiteit;
  • Je werkt graag en goed samen binnen een multidisciplinair team;
  • Discretie en loyauteit draag je zeer hoog in het vaandel.
