Are you an accountant or financial professional looking for a new challenge in your area? 

Our offices in Antwerp, Leuven, Hasselt or Zaventem are looking for a central figure who thinks proactively, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted advisor to our clients. In addition to managing client files, you will also be responsible for supervising and guiding a multidisciplinary team of specialists. In short, you will be the point of contact for your colleagues, as well as for our clients' accountants, business managers, and CFOs.

Specifically, your job will include:

• Taking the lead on client files;
• Acting as a professional advisor in a multidisciplinary team that supports nationally and internationally operating SMEs, family businesses and multinationals;
• You will support the expansion of the client portfolio in the region and work closely with other accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, and advisors;
• You will coach and guide your team in the performance of advisory work and in their further growth and development in both technical expertise and consulting skills;
• You will provide assistance with tax audits;
• You will analyze and discuss financial analyses and dashboards.

Let's talk about you

• Je hebt een passie voor cijfers en fiscaliteit;
• Je behaalde een master toegepaste economie en/of een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit;
• Je hebt meer dan 3 jaar relevante ervaring bij voorkeur in een accountancykantoor;
• Resultaten bereiken en duurzame klantenrelaties zijn je drijfveer;
• Je bent leergierig, ambitieus en wenst een succesvolle carrière uit te bouwen;
• Je bent analytisch, voldoende kritisch en communicatief sterk;
• Je bent in het bezit van jouw ITAA-titel of je bent bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen;
• Je kan zelfstandig werken maar bezit daarnaast een gezonde dosis teamspirit;
• Je levert klantgerichte service en bent sterk in business development.
