Your journey with us

You combine strong business insight with a solid understanding of technology to support Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients in driving transformation programmes. Working closely with business leaders and technology teams, you help translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes.

You will contribute across the full project lifecycle within FSI, from strategy and design to delivery and optimisation, by:

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to understand their business priorities and operational challenges, and advising on transformation strategies that align business objectives with technology capabilities;
  • Supporting the design and implementation of end-to-end transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience, leveraging technologies such as core platforms as well as emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics, etc.);
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex programmes, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and innovation;
  • Taking an active role in managing delivery activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving progress towards agreed business outcomes;
  • Sharing your knowledge of FSI business trends, technology applications, and transformation best practices to strengthen the OIDS team’s capabilities;
  • Facilitating workshops, leading client discussions, and building trusted relationships across all organisational levels to ensure alignment and commitment.

Let's talk about you
  • You have +4 years of hands-on experience delivering technology-enabled business transformations, bridging business needs with technical solutions and impacts.
  • You combine strong business acumen with solid technical understanding, enabling you to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation.
  • Strong expertise in the Financial Services Industry, particularly within the Belgian market, with a deep understanding of its business models, operational complexities, and ongoing trends.
  • Proven experience in supporting and driving transformation programs that integrate business operational needs and process redesign with technologies such as platform solutions and emerging technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of technologies and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply these as enablers of business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and oversee their execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across the full project lifecycle—from strategic advisory and solution design to hands-on delivery and optimisation—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives as well as operational teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to balancing vision with execution.
  • Curious, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Fluent in English, with a very good command of Dutch or French.
  • Education: you hold a master's degree in Business Engineering or other related fields.
