Your journey with us
  • You support our clients, through various project phases, from scoping and designing the desired customer journey to planning, and executing the implementation.
  • You enable our clients to define new business models or go-to-market strategies and support the implementation of resulting business transformations by using e-commerce solutions across various technologies (e.g. Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento or SAP Hybris).
  • You are involved during all project phases: strategy, process design, blue print, technical design, implementation, testing and configuration.
  • You develop and maintain direct client contact across business and IT in order to define, analyse, test and validate requirements and deliverables.
  • You work closely with UX/UI designers and the development teams, steering the experience definition and functionality implementation.
  • Depending on your experience, preference and aspirations, you have an overall project or work-stream management responsibility.
Let's talk about you

  • Proven experience, preferably in an e-commerce context, of at least 3 years working in different roles during multiple assessments and implementations
  • Ability to define e-commerce objectives and translate business objectives into functional (and technical) requirements while ensuring a best fit with the desired customer journey
  • Understanding of Commerce processes from marketing up to order management and delivery in a larger business transformation context (driven by e-commerce) is a plus
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and applying them in a project context is a plus
  • Experience with commerce solutions such as Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, SAP Hybris or similar is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
  • Open to work in an international environment and to work abroad if needed
  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
