What work you’ll be doing 

  • As a member of our Legal Operate team, you will help our clients to build a future proof legal function. 
  • You will contribute to a wide range of projects across various industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing 
  • Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute this strategy 
  • Work in a team of experienced consultants and lawyers, to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives 
  • Collect data and translate them into concrete insights and recommendations 
  • Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral format with internal and client stakeholders 
  • Build relationships between Deloitte Legal and the client’s project team 
  • Support on business development activities
  • You combine intellectual curiosity with creativity to turn bright ideas into brighter solutions 
  • You are analytical, pro-active and solution oriented. Able to take initiative and make things happen with moderate supervision and guidance 
  • You are comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be no definitive “right” answer; Capable of working on multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • You are a confident, natural communicator 
  • You are keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client 
  • You are interested in long-term strategic thinking and the implementation of any business improvement recommendation 
  • You are a team-player, and adapt easily to changing circumstances
How you’ll grow 
  • While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you’ll evolve from contributing to leading the development of recommendations 
  • Increasingly, you’ll assume more responsibility and manage your project and your team to the expected outcome 
  • Over time, you’ll develop collaborative relationships with client executives and senior personnel, becoming their trusted advisor 
  • As you grow in your job, you’ll take on a more senior role and contribute to Deloitte Legal’s Legal Operate business development, leveraging your experience, expertise and network · As you become proficient in combining these various skillsets, you’ll influence Deloitte Legal’s Legal Operate talent management by building on your experience to develop your team and peers
