Our Legal Entity Management Team/ Legal Operate Team – part of the Corporate and M&A practice – is currently looking for a young graduate

You will deal with:
• Supporting our client portfolio in relation to routine, recurring corporate compliance and contract management services (e.g. approval of annual accounts, appointment of directors, proxyholders, contract review, obligations management, etc.);
• incorporation of companies and establishment of branch offices;
• periodic changes and one-off events such as extraordinary shareholders meetings, changes of the articles of associations;
• creating contract templates, using document automation technology
• support go2market activities regarding legal managed services and assist with the implementation;
• identify current processes and provide suggestions for improvement;
• the use of technology-based solutions to support global corporate compliance of our clients;

  • you have obtained a Bachelor degree in legal practice – or will obtain this in the near future;
  • you have a strong affinity with technology implementation and innovation in the legal field;
  • you master Dutch and have an excellent knowledge of English – French communication skills are a plus;
  • you have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • you have an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills;
  • you are eager to learn and have problem-solving skills;
  • you are a real team player, reliable, flexible, respectful and co-operative to make sure good relationships with internal and external stakeholders can be built.
