As a Campus Recruiter, your role is vital in bringing our employer brand to life and enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice for emerging talent. Your responsibilities extend across various business units and throughout Belgium, making you a central figure in our recruitment campaign for young graduates. Through your efforts, you are not just filling positions; you are actively shaping the future of our company by bringing in the best and brightest minds.
  • You attend and represent Deloitte at career fairs, and company-hosted recruitment initiatives throughout Belgium. You build meaningful relationships with students and recent graduates, positioning yourself as a first point of contact and a true ambassador of our brand.
  • You manage the selection process from A-Z; from sourcing and lead management through screening, conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating offers, and finalizing contract closures.
  • You become a trusted partner of our business stakeholders, providing strategic feedback, guidance, and advice on talent acquisition matters whilst keeping their business reality and ambitions in mind. 
  • You proactively share best practices and experiences with colleagues and remain keen to learn from others.
  • You actively incorporate market insights and emerging recruitment trends into your daily work.
Let's talk about you
  • You obtained a Bachelor or Master’s Degree; 
  • You have min. 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English is required (both written and verbal);
  • You possess a wide range of communication skills enabling you to build relationships and credibility at every level, both inside and outside our organization;
  • You are comfortable presenting to groups and engaging in public-facing interactions;
  • You have a passion for people and are a great team player;
  • You have the ability to swiftly adapt, learn, and respond to changing business and market realities, fostering a resilient and innovative approach in a fast-paced environment.
