We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced life sciences and healthcare Regulatory (Senior) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on regulatory compliance, strategy, and risk management within the life sciences and health care industries.

Role description: 

• Provide expert regulatory advice and support to clients in the life sciences and healthcare sector;
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations;
• Conduct regulatory risk assessments and develop mitigation plans;
• Advise and utilise technology to optimise regulatory processes and improve efficiency; 
• Stay current with regulatory changes and updates, and communicate implications to clients;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met;
• Lead and manage regulatory projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery;
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  
  

Let’s talk about you

Technical

• You have a background in either biology, immunology, chemistry, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, or bio-engineering, technology or business engineering;
• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in life sciences/healthcare industry;
• You are interested to work with  international and local regulations and industry standards (ISO 270001, ISO 90001, GxP, etc.);
• You have an understanding of regulatory environment in the lifesciences and healthcare industry;
• You have a basic understanding of Regulatory Information Management Systems and Quality Management Systems.
• You have a technology interest and proficiency in using regulatory software and technology tool

• You are fluent in English; French or Dutch are a plus;
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships;
• You are eager to build in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices;
• You have an analytical mindset, always looking to broaden your expertise.
