Given our growth and ambitions, we are looking for a passionate Control Transformation Consultant. You will be part of a dynamic team  where you will be trained and coached to develop skills in process and risk management, internal control, internal audit, and governance. You will drive our clients’ operations to the next level through:
  • Analyzing operational controls and processes.
  • Assessing potential risks.
  • Providing solutions to optimise processes.
  • Performing internal audits within public & private entities.
  • Delivering projects on time with high quality and professional standards.
  • Being a trustworthy advisor to clients and a valued colleague.
  • Participating in business development and contributing to team growth and service offerings.
You will also be encouraged to contribute to regular business meetings and the future development of our team, services, and solutions (e.g., proposals, thought leadership, campus recruitment).

Let’s talk about you
  • Master’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operational risk and/or internal audit.
  • Passion for or knowledge of public sector processes and organisations.
  • Hands-on, result-oriented, quality-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project and time management, social, and communication skills.
  • Team player who can work independently.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus); certifications like CIA, CRMA, CISA, or Prince 2 are an asset.
