Description of the position

Your journey with us


• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs) on transformational people and organisation challenges, shaping enterprise-scale transformation agendas
• Lead business development initiatives targeting major multinational and mid-market enterprises; identify, pursue, and close high-value transformation opportunities
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers, board members, and C-level executives; serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic accounts and drive account expansion
• Develop and communicate compelling perspectives on emerging trends (AI-first organisations, skill-based workforce models, future of work); position Deloitte as the go-to partner for HR transformation through speaking engagements, publications, and industry forums
• Lead proposal teams to craft compelling, differentiated solutions that win transformational mandates; leverage deep HR advisory expertise to design sustainable, high-impact engagements
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing advisory team; attract top talent, develop emerging leaders, and create a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centricity
• Work cross-functionally with other Deloitte practices (Finance, Operations, Technology, Strategy) to deliver integrated solutions; maintain the highest standards of delivery excellence and client impact

Let's talk about you

• 10 to 20 years of relevant domain experience; proven track record of leading enterprise-scale HR strategy and transformations, delivering sustainable, high-impact results
• Deep expertise in People & Organisation strategies, operating models, digital transformation, and workforce innovation; ability to guide clients through complex transformation journeys from strategy to execution
• Demonstrated success in enterprise client acquisition, business development, and revenue growth; strong instincts for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value transformation opportunities 
• Exceptional comfort and credibility engaging with C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, Board members); ability to influence and advise at the highest levels of organisations
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling people & organisation solutions; deep understanding of enterprise value chains, business drivers, and commercial dynamics
• Deep understanding of how AI, data analytics, and digital innovations are transforming the world of work; proven ability to embed emerging technologies into solutions and guide digital transformation
• Exceptional networking and relationship management skills; ability to build trust, influence, and strategic partnerships at the highest levels; proven success in cultivating extensive executive networks
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams; create a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centricity; attract and develop emerging leaders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder environments; fluent in English and Dutch or French
