Your journey with us

• As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will join a dynamic Team of 6 talented people who are passionate about Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing.
• You will be reporting directly to your Employer Branding Team Lead, and act as a marketeer in our Talent Acquisition Team, working also in collaboration with other Teams (Central Marketing, Digital Marketing, Internal Events, People & Purpose).
• Your role will be to actively coordinate and manage Marketing & Communications projects from A to Z, whether it’s setting up multi-channel campaigns or organizing events (internally or externally), and tailoring messages for different audiences.
• Your responsibilities will namely include writing creative briefings, securing timeline, aligning with relevant stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to secure the successful completion of projects (quantitative & qualitative KPIs), managing budget and ROI, monitoring performance results, reporting and adjusting where needed.
• You would also support on go to market strategy, identifying new opportunities to innovate, building marketing intelligence (incl. competitive reviews), and keeping abreast of trends & marketing evolutions

Let's talk about you

• You have a Marketing and Communications degree and/or equivalent relevant experience in a similar role.
• You are a great communicator, with a fluent knowledge of English and Dutch or French.
• You demonstrate creativity, good listening and decision-making skills (pragmatic, diplomatic, and down to earth)
• You are able to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy
• You have a demonstrated ability of managing multiple stakeholders and creative suppliers (agencies, copywriters, graphic designers, etc)
• You have a good understanding of the overall media landscape (including social media)
• You are results orientated and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• You are able to create concise and convincing slide decks, and master the fundamentals of Excel
• Advertising agency experience of two or three years would be a plus.
