Are you passionate about commercial contracting and other aspects of business law? Are you attracted to a dynamic environment and do you have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer, corporate counsel, or legal advisor? Would you prefer to work mainly from our offices in East and West Flanders? Are you practical, motivated, and ready for a new challenge? Then we would love to hear from you!

Join our Business & Commercial Law team and help make an impact on the market and our clients (with a focus on East and West Flanders).

As an Expert Legal Consultant, you will:
• Provide hands-on and pragmatic advice to SMEs. You will work side by side with companies to implement policies, conclude agreements, and find solutions for disputes with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts (services, collaboration agreements, partnerships, general terms and conditions, NDAs, etc.).
• Draft terms of use, license agreements, SLAs, various policies, contribute to privacy procedures and trademark registrations, and more to enable the growth and innovation of our clients.
• Develop and refine your expertise in commercial and corporate law, IP/IT law, GDPR, and more.
• Work in a dynamic environment composed of multidisciplinary teams of accountants, tax specialists, strategic advisors, M&A experts, and IT consultants.

Let’s talk about you

• You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in Law.
• You already have some legal knowledge with at least 4 years of relevant experience as a lawyer, corporate counsel, or legal advisor.
• You want to support our clients in West and East Flanders.
• You learn quickly and are a change manager, ready to adapt swiftly and tackle complex legal challenges.
• You are hands-on and proactive, with a pragmatic approach that turns challenges into opportunities.
• You apply creative solutions and forward-thinking strategies to deliver real impact for clients.
• You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
• You actively challenge yourself to stay up to date with legal developments.
