Your journey with us

The People Mobility Advisory Team consists of (international) talent mobility experts who act as a pivot and a client relationship manager. They connect the dots and make sure all GES teams are aligned. They address matters such as complex tax, legal, social security or other technicalities or coordinating multi-faceted solutions.


We are currently looking to reinforce our team with a Global Mobility Advisor

  • You are part of a diverse team of HR, payroll, international mobility and broader reward specialists
  • You provide high quality and in-depth advice to your clients on Global Mobility and Talent deployment (i.e. remote work...). You can specialize in advising on Global Mobility in both a national as well as an international context. Topics you advise on, can range from employment tax and broader tax and legal compliance, equity incentives, pension, remuneration structuring to broader reward consulting. It is also possible to focus on the delivery of high quality (non-)standard tax calculations, tax returns, tax equalizations and other delivery work in line with Belgian legislation and client’s policies. You are able to leverage this knowledge when coordinating with clients on a global or regional level.
  • You build close relationships with your clients’ stakeholders such as Tax, HR, payroll, reward, global mobility and top executives
  • You have ownership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, you are able to apply in-depth knowledge of your files
  • You conduct client meetings in a professional and confident way
  • You supervise and coach more junior team members on a daily basis and develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
  • You understand the key objectives for clients and Deloitte, you align people to objectives and you set priorities and direction 

Let’s talk about you

  • Experience in a similar position with a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; a postgraduate degree in tax is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, Dutch, and/or French.
  • Open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset.
  • Team player with leadership skills.
  • Client service mindset, able to pro-actively manage client expectations.
  • Practical and hands-on attitude.
  • Good planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes.
