You’ll leverage the power of Deloitte’s multidisciplinary expertise to help clients optimize their real estate portfolios, accelerate sustainable transformation, and unlock value through strategic financing and capital markets solutions. This is not a transactional role—it’s a strategic partnership opportunity where you’ll shape how organizations think about real estate as a competitive advantage.

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic advisory engagements for corporate real estate clients across portfolio, building/HQ, and workplace levels, working with both private and public sector organizations.
  • Develop and implement integrated solutions addressing portfolio data/technology/reporting, sustainable transformation, and financing/prioritization of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (valuers, sustainability experts, transaction advisors, workplace strategists) to deliver comprehensive solutions that go beyond traditional real estate advisory.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and strategic impact; identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • Manage project delivery, quality, risks, and financials to ensure client satisfaction, engagement profitability, and adherence to Deloitte’s quality standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning; contribute to practice growth and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in real estate, sustainability, technology, and financing; contribute insights to practice strategy and client advisory.

Let's talk about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in:

  • Understanding of real estate financing and capital markets
  • Proven ability to think strategically and advise senior client stakeholders, problem solvers and solution oriented
  • Client relationship management and commercial acumen
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration: demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and leverage diverse expertise
