Your journey with us
As a Manager in our Learning Technology team, you'll drive business growth and client success within our Human Capital service line. You'll identify market opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver learning solutions while combining strategic business development with hands-on leadership of LMS & LXP implementations.

In this role, you'll drive meaningful transformation in organizational learning, develop expertise in cutting-edge technologies, build and mentor teams, work with leading partners (Cornerstone and/or Totara), and enjoy significant autonomy. Join our innovative team where you'll make a real impact on how organizations approach learning and development.

You will be the go-to expert for our Cornerstone and/or Totara alliances, driving adoption and demonstrating the tangible value these platforms bring to our clients' organizational learning strategies.

As a Manager within our Learning Technology team, you will:
  • Business Development & Market Activation
    Identify and qualify market opportunities in learning technology - Build new client relationships through strategic networking - Conduct autonomous sales conversations and manage proposals - Move opportunities through the sales pipeline - Foster strategic connections with Cornerstone and/or Totara alliance partners.

  • Client Relationship Management, Advisory & Delivery
    Maintain strong client relationships with focus on service excellence - Advise clients on tailored learning technology solutions and organizational learning strategy - Steer small to medium-scale learning technology projects end-to-end - Manage budget, scope, risk, and quality - Lead and mentor functional and technical teams.

  • Expertise & Innovation
    Act as subject matter expert in learning technology - Identify and drive innovation opportunities - Champion knowledge sharing and evaluate new tools and technologies - Build your professional brand through continuous business development.

  • Experience & Track Record
    7+ years in technology implementations with focus on learning technology platforms (LMS, LXP) - Proven track record driving business development and achieving revenue targets - Success managing and delivering medium-scale technology projects - Strong client relationship management experience.

  • Commercial Acumen & Leadership
    Commercial drive with customer-centric business growth orientation - Understanding of clients’ budget drivers and decision-making processes - Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams - Strong coaching and mentoring skills with inclusive leadership approach.

  • Client Management, Communication & Project Excellence
    Exceptional client management skills focused on service excellence - Strong communication and presentation abilities - Overall project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects - Proactive risk management and quality assurance mindset.

  • Learning Technology Expertise
    Deep knowledge of learning technology platforms, particularly Cornerstone and/or Totara - Understanding of LMS/LXP implementation best practices (integrations, analytics, gamification, UX) - Passion for learning in private and public sector organizations - Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies.

  • Education & Qualifications
    University degree in pedagogy, psychology, IT, HR, business, or economics (or equivalent) - Post-graduate degree is an asset - Relevant certifications in learning technology platforms or project management are advantageous.

  • Languages - Fluent in English and Dutch or French
