  • As a seasoned technology manager, you’ll be a driving force for our work on the strategic, technical and organizational challenges that technology-led business transformation brings to our clients; 
  • You’ll help drive the business by contributing to our delivery and team strategy and support it through your day-to-day work; 
  • Your mission context will range from strategic advisory through project & program implementation to optimizing technology operations; 
  • As a leading member of the engagement team you will ensure all conditions are met for delivering top-notch deliverables; 
  • You will leverage your leadership capabilities, steer delivery teams and interface with both client as well as our own leadership; 
  • You will leverage industry-standard frameworks together with emerging technologies, business and delivery models and digital strategies in working towards an end-to-end transformation with the client; 
  • You will experience the strength of our multidisciplinary global Deloitte network for client engagements, giving you access to industry leading experts, end-to-end project and transformation capabilities as well as international delivery teams.

  • You bring at least 6 years of consulting experience, working directly with clients on technology and business transformation.
  • You have a genuine passion for technology and understand how it drives business success.
  • You have demonstrated leadership in consulting, guiding teams and managing client relationships effectively.
  • You enjoy helping clients navigate complex technology landscapes and organisational change.
  • You are strategic, resilient, and proactive—able to take initiative and keep projects moving forward.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, breaking down complex ideas into simple, actionable insights.
  • You think creatively and encourage innovation, leading brainstorming sessions and inspiring your team to explore new approaches.
  • You are a collaborative team player who builds strong connections with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You take ownership of your work and are comfortable working independently when needed.
  • You are committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Relevant certifications in technology strategy or transformation demonstrate your expertise and commitment.
  • You have a commercial mindset and enjoy contributing to account management activities and spotting new business opportunities.
  • Having experience with bid management, including pricing proposals is a plus.
  • You have a professional level of English and either French or Dutch.
