Possible responsibilities depending in which team you will join: 

Work at clients’ premises, serving as a partner to tackle various projects for efficient and perfect payroll and personnel administration.
Act as a point of contact for questions regarding social legal legislation for employees and stakeholders within the organisation.
Advise the payroll department on their way of working and help think about internal processes and formulate improvement proposals, if necessary.
Take on the role of strategic advisor to clients, supporting them in the strategy and/or implementation of HR technologies and solutions for payroll problems.
Implement payroll services, including the setup and training of a payroll team.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of selected payroll software.
Process the monthly payroll from A to Z for one or more business units, ensuring compliance with social and fiscal regulations and correct and timely calculation and payment of wages.
Support daily payroll-related operations in close partnership with the Talent teams in the business units and Talent Acquisition.
Use expertise to advise on payroll and social law-related services in personal files and create a positive employee experience.
Play an active role in continuously improving the way of working and strive for operational excellence.

Client-Facing Payroll Consultant: Work directly with clients to manage and optimise their payroll processes.

HR Technology Specialist: Focus on the implementation and management of HR technologies and solutions related to payroll.

Payroll Implementation Specialist: Lead the setup and training of payroll teams for new clients or projects.


Let's talk about you

You combine a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least one year of relevant work experience in payroll administration or an HR advisory role;
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
Knowledge of social legal legislation and payroll software;
Good communication skills;
You love accuracy and have a natural tendency to be analytical;  
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team; 
You have a practical and hands-on attitude.
