  • Lead end-to-end global rollouts of the ElectrifiedGrid product, ensuring clients achieve their energy transition objectives at an affordable cost
  • Manage the critical transition from implementation to operations, establishing robust support models and ensuring long-term client success
  • Serve as a strategic contact for clients and delivery teams, building relationships of trust and becoming their go-to advisor on energy infrastructure challenges
  • Engage regularly with client and internal stakeholders (technical teams, executives, engagement partners) to align on priorities and drive adoption
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary global team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence across all ElectrifiedGrid deployments
  • Work alongside industry experts and technical specialists to solve complex problems and establish best practices
  • Maintain high standards of delivery quality and client satisfaction across all engagements
  • Partner with the global sales team to identify optimal approaches for delivering client value and positioning ElectrifiedGrid as a strategic solution
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence, collaborating with the product team to drive continuous innovation and competitive differentiation
  • Build lasting client relationships that generate loyalty, retention, and expansion opportunities

Let's talk about you:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product delivery, deployment management, or consulting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing cross-functional teams
  • Energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector experience—understanding of grid modernization, electrification, or energy transition challenges is a significant advantage
  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams of 10+ people through complex, large-scale implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception through operations, with a focus on measurable client outcomes and business impact
  • Deep understanding of large-scale application architecture, data analytics and modern development practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Ability to translate between and build relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders—you speak both languages fluently
  • Comfortable managing distributed teams across time zones (local, near-shore, and offshore models) and flexible and adaptable to international working environments; willing to travel occasionally to client sites
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality—you take initiative and deliver excellence without micromanagement
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years in lieu of degree)
  • Multilingual capabilities: Fluency in English required; Dutch, French, German or Spanish is a plus for broader market reach
