Your journey with us

We’re looking for a Regulatory Technology Consultant to help life sciences and healthcare companies build IT organizations and solutions that are both compliant and strategic. You’ll work with clients to design IT governance, processes, and solutions that meet strict regulatory requirements (FDA and EU regulations, HIPAA, GxP, etc.) while enabling their IT teams to become trusted business partners.

In this role, you’ll translate complex compliance rules into practical IT solutions that actually work.


What You’ll Do

Build IT Governance That Works
  • Create governance frameworks that align IT, Compliance, Risk, and business teams
  • Design decision-making structures (steering committees, approval processes, escalation paths)Establish how IT projects get prioritized, funded, and overseen
  • Ensure critical systems operate safely and compliantly
Design Compliant IT Processes
  • Establish IT operations frameworks that meet regulatory standards
  • Build system lifecycle, change and release management processes that are controlled and auditable
  • Create service level agreements (SLAs) that support critical business functions
Manage IT Risk
  • Identify and assess IT risks in regulated environments
  • Design risk mitigation strategies
  • Set up monitoring to keep risks under control
Lead IT Project Management
  • Design and run PMO (Project Management Office) functions
  • Ensure projects stay compliant from start to finish

Let's talk about you


Must Have
  • 2 to 6 years working in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare)
  • 2+ years in IT PMO, Portfolio Management, or IT Operations consulting/leadership
  • Strong background in IT governance frameworks and IT processes
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing IT service delivery models (ITSM)
  • Understanding of IT risk management and risk-based governance
  • Familiarity with life sciences platforms (R&D, manufacturing, clinical operations)

Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of FDA/EU regulations and GxP standards (including 21 CFR Part 11 & Annex 11, Annex 22)
  • Healthcare data governance/security/privacy expertise
  • Quality Management Systems or audit background
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT, CISM)
