We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our EWM Center of Excellence and become a trusted advisor to our industry-leading clients undergoing major transformational supply chain modernization across the globe and in Belgium. In this client-facing role, you will lead complex SAP EWM transformations by designing, implementing and optimizing intelligent warehouse solutions that that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage. This is a high-impact consulting position that combines strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and change leadership. You will work on critical engagements across diverse industries and geographies, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational supply chain solutions that reshape how leading enterprises manage their warehouse operations

  • Identify and compare the global requirements versus the local requirements and advise on appropriate design and organizational changes to be made.
  • To participate in/or facilitate business process definition and modelling, check the feasibility of this business model against the capabilities of the used packages and configuration of the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs.
  • project management, business process analysis, defining to-be processes, tool selection, change management, implementation support & training.
  • Specifically you will be responsible for delivering Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. 
  • To participate in the implementation of SCM solutions at the client.
Let's talk about you
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on project experience leading multiple complex, multi-phases SAP EWM implementations
  • Deep knowledge of Warehouse management processes including:
        - Inbound/outbound logistics
        - Inventory management and optimization
        - Picking, Packing and shipping operations
        - Goods receipt and putaway strategies
        - Returns and quality management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and how warehouse operations integrate with broad SCM functions (demand planning, procurement, production, distribution)
  • SAP EWM Certification
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and process designs
  • Experience leading or supporting multiple phases of implementation projects
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is an asset
  • Comfortable collaborating in international settings and traveling to clients when needed (around 20% of the time)
