As a Senior Manager, you are part of a team of highly experienced consultants in the SAP Digital Transformation team delivering business transformation programs and specialized in the Sales and Distribution, BRIM or Service domains.
You advise and participate in the implementation of SAP solutions using a multidisciplinary approach to design, implement and integrate SAP S/4HANA Sales. Tasks include solution design, solution implementation, change management and end-user support & training.
In your role, you create and articulate a compelling vision and goals for multiple teams and help people at all levels to understand the impact of their contributions. You build broad networks and deep professional relationships, which span across businesses and borders, and include a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You lead and/or contribute to development of innovative methods and tools that increase the quality and impact of Deloitte’s service offerings. You participate to conversations with client CXOs and/or sub C-suite executives on their strategic agenda to deliver latest business specific SAP modules that creates a high impact in alignment with client's business strategy.
You will contribute to the development and growth of the SAP SD practice globally by coaching and empowering team members to grow to their full potential and ensures they have access to the right resources, within and across businesses and borders.
You will be joining an integrated offering of SD functional consultants and architects that are providing services to leading firms in different industries.
You will have the opportunity to build a strong local and across boarders’ network, build your reputation and become the clients go-to-contact for your recommendations on latest and/or innovative SAP solutions in rigorous, fact-based analysis, supported by deep expertise.

Let's talk about you

To be part of our team as a Senior Manager, you must

Have at least 8 years of relevant experience within S/4HANA Sales implementation in consulting firm or similar experience

Have experience in leading the SAP transformation plan integrated with all relevant & applicable business processes/functions and advises on cost-benefit/prioritization of various product packages that are most relevant to the client and best address their agenda 

Have experience in managing medium/large-sized teams

Be fluent in Dutch and/or French with very good level of English

Have a EU citizenship with valid driving license in Belgium

In order to excel at your job, you will develop the following skills and having previous experience is considered a plus

S/4HANA Sales Certification

Experience in building, mentoring and coaching a team of talents from different horizons and levels of knowledge

Specific business sector knowledge

Experience in multinational environment

Good knowledge on emerging technologies, updates, standards and applications

Experience in collaborating with near-shore/off-shore capabilities
