  • Partner with both Belgian and international clients to understand their business challenges, particularly in the realms of Marketing, Sales, and Service, and help them leverage digital solutions to drive transformation. 
  • Take ownership of key technical workstreams within projects, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions. 
  • Be involved in all phases of a digital transformation project, using Salesforce as a core technology: from requirements gathering and blueprint design, to technical design, implementation, testing, and Go-live. 
  • Manage and collaborate with our nearshore and offshore teams (primarily in India) to ensure smooth project delivery and uphold the highest quality standards. 
  • Contribute to the growth of our business by actively participating in proposal development and helping to shape new opportunities.
Let's talk about you

  • Experience: A solid foundation in technical roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in multiple implementation projects. Salesforce expertise is a plus, but a strong interest in learning the technology is key. 
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for technology and a drive to grow in your career, starting as a developer and progressing towards a Tech Lead, Integration Lead, and ultimately an Architect. 
  • Leadership Potential: You’ll have the opportunity to lead small teams, including junior consultants and our offshore team, as you grow your leadership capabilities. 
  • Client-Focused: The ability to translate business objectives and sales strategies into clear technical requirements. 
  • Business Acumen: A good understanding of CRM processes and trends, as well as the inner workings of Marketing, Sales, and Service departments. 
  • Agile Experience: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience delivering projects in an Agile environment is a plus. 
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional proficiency in Dutch and/or French being an advantage. 
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong team player with outstanding analytical skills and a keen intellectual curiosity. You should be open to working in diverse and dynamic teams across local, national, and international projects.
