Your journey with us

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Finance Transformation team at EU Centre of Excellence.
  • You will apply your finance and EU foresight experience to support critical client issues with EU Institutions.
  • You will support the EU Centre of Excellence team in various projects from strategy definition to implementation by:
  • Bringing expertise in digital finance transformation, performance management, system-integrated solution.
  • Define a structured roadmap for implementing improvements
  • Optimize finance processes in Accounting Operations, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, or Closing & Consolidation.
  • Being an active team member in European Institutions projects, covering end-to-end delivery under AGILE methodology:
    • Supporting solution development, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing final end-user training.
    • Providing hyper care support and ensuring final handover to customer teams.
  • Delivering high-quality projects with European Institutions’ teams and expanding our footprint within the EU.
  • Supporting proposal writing and business development activities.

Let's talk about you
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Public Sector industry, business, consulting, and/or finance transformation.
  • Ideally, prior experience in European Institutions' financial management and familiarity with European Financial Regulation.
  • Expertise in Finance organization, controlling, processes, operating models, and finance tools.
  • Desire to work in an international, multicultural, and dynamic environment with frequent travel within the European Union.
  • Independent, creative, conscientious, and team-oriented.
  • Experience with ERP, finance planning & reporting tools like SAP, Anaplan, Qlik, or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages, such as Dutch or French, are an asset.
