Our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice helps clients in strengthening and running their Technology Landscape, Governance, and Transformations. In service of our clients, we make sure the digital landscape provides the value to achieve business objectives, and that the adequate IT Management Model and Transformative Initiatives are in place to deliver their technology strategy and reach operational targets.

As a Senior Consultant in Technology Strategy & Transformation:
  • You’ll play a key role in helping our clients tackle complex technology-driven business challenges. 
  • You’ll work hands-on with C-suite executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver practical solutions that align technology with strategic business goals.
  • You’ll combine strong business acumen with deep technology expertise, leading work across multiple transformation dimensions: designing technology strategies that optimize investments and competitive advantage, managing complex transformation programs, implementing governance frameworks, and building organizational capabilities for agile and responsive operations.
  • Your role will involve leading the assessment of complex technology landscapes, identifying strategic optimization opportunities, designing and implementing governance frameworks, and advising on technology selection and adoption at scale. 
  • You’ll drive strategic initiatives by analyzing technology spending patterns, identifying value drivers, and reshaping how organizations manage technology as a strategic asset.
  • Your ability to translate between business and technology languages will enable you to influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful organizational change.
  • You’ll lead teams in delivering transformation initiatives, managing risks, and ensuring value realization. 
  • You’ll mentor junior consultants and contribute to the practice’s growth and capability development.
  • You’ll apply proven transformation frameworks alongside emerging technologies and digital trends to support end-to-end transformation journeys. Plus, you’ll benefit from Deloitte’s global network, collaborating with experts across industries and geographies to bring the best insights and capabilities to our clients. 

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have 4–5 years of experience in technology strategy, business transformation, technology operations, program/project management, or related advisory roles, ideally within consulting or corporate environments.
  • You have a strong understanding of technology economics, including cost optimization, ROI analysis, and technology investment prioritization.
  • You are comfortable working with senior business and technology leaders, translating complex technology and business challenges into clear strategic recommendations.
  • You have a solid grasp of technology operating models, governance frameworks, organizational design principles, and how these drive business value.
  • You understand agile and hybrid delivery models and can advise on scaling agile practices across organizations.
  • You are proficient in business analysis and leveraging data to support strategic insights and decision-making.
  • You combine technical knowledge with a strategic, analytical, and business-focused mindset, and are able to identify root causes, develop evidence-based recommendations, and drive organizational adoption.
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively, presenting complex technology and business concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to board-level executives.
  • You are strategic, resilient, and proactive—able to take initiative and keep engagements moving forward.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships based on trust, credibility, and business impact.
  • You have demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
  • You have a continuous learning mindset and are keen to develop your expertise in technology strategy, business transformation, and organizational agility.
  • Having relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP), SAFe, or business analysis credentials is a plus.
  • You have a master’s degree in business, engineering, informatics, ICT, or equivalent experience.
  • You have a professional level of English and either French or Dutch.
