Under the direction of a Manager or Lead, you will be:

• Managing tax data readiness assessments
• Designing end-to-end tax data journeys and solutions, identifying control gaps and automation opportunities
• Architecting data transformation and extraction solutions
• Using the latest technology to handle large, complex data sets and derive value from them for your clients
• Developing data dashboards and insight layers that connect operational data to strategic decision-making
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to offering development, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategy

• You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to tailor your presentation style to different levels of the organisation
• You have intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
• You have hands-on experience with data analysis, ETL processes, reconciliation logic, BI/dashboarding tools, etc.
• You have hands-on experience with Databricks or other comparable data lake house platforms
• You are proficient in Python and SQL
• You are proficient in using AI to help achieve your goals; experience with AI agent and workflow building is a big plus
• You are structured and process-minded
• You have a genuine willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic, multidisciplinary team
• You are open to working in an international environment and willing to work abroad if needed
• You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus

Relevant experience in Data Science within corporate Finance and/or Accounting is considered a plus
