Your journey with us

As a Senior Facility Expert you will be responsible for the follow-up of the technical maintenance, departmental procedures and technical protocols for all Deloitte sites in Belgium.

Strategic Leadership & Innovation
  • Lead the technical vision and innovation roadmap for facility management across all Belgian sites, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
  • Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of BREEAM certification and carbon-neutral building initiatives across the portfolio
  • Develop and execute sustainability strategies that reduce environmental impact while optimizing operational costs
  • Drive digital transformation in facility management systems and processes
Technical Expertise & Asset Management
  • Oversee comprehensive asset management, ensuring As-built documentation, technical specifications, and facility plans are maintained at the highest standard
  • Lead energy management initiatives, presenting strategic recommendations and measurable improvements to senior management
  • Monitor and optimize building systems performance (HVAC, electrical, renewable energy, smart building technologies)
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical facility officers and in-house handymen, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality delivery and adherence to technical standards
  • Liaise with Prevention Advisors and regulatory bodies on safety, certifications, and environmental compliance
  • Communicate technical strategies and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Oversee all legal certifications, safety protocols, and environmental compliance across facilities
  • Ensure adherence to state and local building regulations and industry best practices
  • Manage technical documentation and maintain audit trails for all facility-related activities

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree and a relevant experience of 5-7 years;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch required both written and spoken (French is an asset)
  • A sound knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel & powerpoint) & Autocad;
