You join our team of highly experienced Supply Chain Strategy consultants and advise our clients with their most challenging questions. You use your knowledge and experience to transform clients’ Supply Chain into a source of competitive advantage.

In your role, you will

• Lead Supply Chain Strategy engagements: Work on the most challenging Supply Chain questions our clients are facing today (see sample projects below), teaming up with unique and complementary capabilities within our Commercial Strategy, Technology, Analytics, Human Capital, Financial Advisory, Tax & Regulatory Offerings.
• Develop & Lead High-Performing Team: Develop and mentor a team of consultants and subject matter experts focused on supply chain advisory. Foster a culture of excellence, thought leadership, and client-centric delivery while driving team growth and capability development. Champion the use of (Gen)AI to enhance capabilities and foster excellence in delivery.
• Develop & Grow the Supply Chain Strategy Offering: Establish Deloitte's market position as the leading advisor for Supply Chain Strategy. Identify market opportunities, develop service offerings, have quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity combined with expertise on end to end Supply Chain, and drive business development initiatives.  Champion (Gen)AI adoption and digital transformation in the Supply Chain Strategy Offering
• Lead the development of innovative solutions, transformation methodologies and assets, "thought ware" and "point-of-views". Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader through industry engagement, speaking opportunities, and insights.

• Passionate about Supply Chain Strategy in a global context
• An enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
• Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks across the end to end supply chain
• Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively liaise with multi-disciplinary stakeholders
• An exceptional track record in leading Supply Chain Strategy projects under multiple deadlines in a global context
• Proven experience in business development activities for Supply Chain advisory
• Industry expertise in Life Science, Chemicals, Manufacturing or Consumer Products & Retail industry
• A Master's degree in Engineering or Economics and 7+ years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience
• Fluent in English, any other European language is a strong asset
• You are eager to work in an international environment, and willing to travel on an ad-hoc basis.
