We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team of Talent Acquisition experts. Your role:
  • Selection Process Management: Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting job intake sessions to managing interviews and presenting offers, including negotiations.
  • Multi-Channel Recruitment and Sourcing: Lead the generation of candidate inflow through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, marketing initiatives, employer branding, and referrals. Adapt recruitment strategies to overcome challenges and achieve hiring objectives.
  • Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for hiring managers, collaborating closely to understand and fulfil their hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Partner with business stakeholders to define and validate job descriptions and candidate profiles. Provide proactive recommendations to optimise recruitment processes and reduce lead times.
  • Candidate Experience: Uphold our values by delivering an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a supportive advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Reporting: Manage weekly and monthly recruitment reporting to management, ensuring transparency and insight into hiring progress.

  • HR Projects: Engage in or initiate HR projects aimed at enhancing your skills and improving departmental efficiency.
Let's talk about you
  • Autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and proactively taking initiative.
  • University degree or equivalent experience, with 3-8 years of relevant recruitment experience. Experience in (corporate) recruitment for tax, legal, finance or tech professionals is a strong advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of selection methods (e.g., competency-based interviews, assessments) and familiarity with recruitment channels (e.g., social media) and tools (e.g., recruitment software).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and communication skills in both English and Dutch, knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Open, assertive, and diplomatic personality, able to build relationships and gain credibility at all organisational levels.
  • Flexible and proactive, thriving in a dynamic and changing environment.
