We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor & Operations Specialist to serve in a procurement team. You will ensure flawless execution, compliance, and continuous improvement across all vendor relationships while maintaining the highest quality standards.

As our quality guardian, you will verify accuracy, manage timelines, monitor compliance, and maintain process integrity at every stage. Your meticulous approach and analytical mindset will directly impact operational efficiency, cost optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle & Vendor Management
  • Manage contracts from initiation through renewal, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support supplier relationship management and monitor compliance with corrective actions
  • Coordinate with Legal to ensure contractual alignment with organizational standards
Buying Projects & Process Management
  • Support RFx projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP) with focus on timeline, efficiency, and budget control
  • Conduct quality assurance on all RFx documentation and deliverables
  • Track milestones, prepare reports, and escalate risks proactively
Negotiation & Supplier Evaluation
  • Assist in supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
  • Support contract amendments and modifications
Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing
  • Integrate sustainability and ethical practices into supplier selection and contract management
  • Verify supplier compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Align local procurement strategies with Deloitte Global sustainability frameworks
Data Analytics & Decision-Making
  • Analyze supplier performance, spend patterns, and market trends using data tools
  • Prepare data-driven insights to support sourcing and contracting decisions
  • Maintain accurate dashboards for performance monitoring and identify process improvements

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in contracting, procurement operations, or supplier management
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools
  • Experience with contract management systems or RFx processes (preferred)
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing (advantageous)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
