Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Real Estate (I&RE) practice is a leading independent, multidisciplinary and end-to-end real estate advisory firm serving large private (corporates, investors and developers)  and public sector organizations in Belgium.
  1. We lead strategic real estate or real assets projects across four integrated pillars: Real Estate Capital & Funding Strategies: Advise on investment strategies, capital stack optimization, funding structures) to enhance capital resilience in volatile markets. This includes end-to-end transaction, deal structuring, data/AI/sustainability driven valuation and corporate finance modelling.
  2. Portfolio/Asset Transformation & Decarbonization: Develop and implement portfolio transition/optimization solutions, Capital Expenditures prioritization, building & occupancy advisory and asset-level ROI sequencing; turn ESG compliance into value creation through data-driven decarbonization strategies.
  3. Real Estate Operating Model & Platform Strategy: Architect integrated operating models for real assets as operational businesses; position clients for platform governance and scalability in the full real estate spectrum.
  4. Infrastructure & Public Funding Advisory.

Join Deloitte Belgium’s Infrastructure & Real Estate (I&RE) practice as a Real Estate Consultant, where you’ll be a strategic advisor to leading organizations navigating complex real estate challenges. You will be part of Deloitte’s multidisciplinary expertise team to support clients optimize their real estate portfolios, accelerate sustainable transformation, and unlock value through strategic financing and capital markets solutions. This is not a transactional role—it’s a strategic partnership opportunity where you’ll take part in shaping how organizations think about real estate as a competitive advantage. You will become a strategic architect of real estate transformation. This is a strategic partnership role where you'll shape how organizations think about real estate as a competitive advantage - not only as a cost center. You'll work on transformation mandates that unlock value, reduce risk, and future-proof real asset portfolios.

Your responsibilities:
  • Work on real estate strategic advisory engagements for our clients across our four integrated pillars (Real Estate Capital & Funding Strategies, Portfolio/Asset Transformation/Corporate RE & Decarbonization, Real Estate Operating Model & Platform Strategy, Infrastructure & Public Funding Advisory).
  • Leverage data-driven, tech-enabled solutions that go beyond traditional advisory: Leverage AI-powered analytics, portfolio dashboards, and benchmarking tools to deliver insights at scale, embed technology and automation into feasibility analysis, proposal development, and portfolio diagnostics.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions: collaborating with valuers, sustainability experts, transaction advisors, workplace strategists, and financial modelers. 
  • Contribute to expanding strategic client relationships and project delivery: Act as trusted support and team member to senior stakeholders on capital strategy, risk mitigation, and operating model redesign.  

Let's talk about you
  • You have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a corporate real estate advisory firm, consulting, or other player of the Real Estate industry. 
  • You worked on real estate strategy, portfolio optimization or advised corporate clients, institutional investors, or public sector organizations on strategy at portfolio, building/HQ, or operating model levels. 
  • You have a good understanding of the local Real Estate market and valuation acumen: understanding of real estate market dynamics, valuation principles, and capital markets.
  • Experience with sustainability to translate ESG compliance into business value is a nice plus. 
  • You are comfortable with data analytics, financial modelling, and/or emerging technologies (AI, dashboards, benchmarking tools); ability to leverage tech to enhance advisory impact. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines, collaborating with diverse and multidisciplinary expertise and team members. 
  • You are able to see the big picture, connect disparate challenges and identify interconnected issues. 
  • Quick learner, comfortable to navigate through change and volatility. 
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
