Your journey with us

  • Finance Business partner with internal stakeholders and Firm leadership to present various analysis, provide recommendations and provide hands-on support where required
  • Deliver specialized cost controlling knowledge and advanced analysis on cost controlling matters and cost management issues 
  • Manage complex cost controlling cases, applying deep specialized knowledge of cost controlling processes and analysis 
  • Conduct in-depth cost controlling analysis and research on emerging cost controlling issues, trends, and best practices 
  • Manage cost recharges to the broader Deloitte network
  • Track, control and report on Overhead Costs at different levels of the organization
  • Support process improvement initiatives, esp on Cost Controlling & Reporting, both in project and run mode
  • Perform ad hoc analysis in support of the Finance Business Partnering team
  • Develop and review standard financial reports
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end financial closings
  • Contribute to Overhead Cost annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, incl. system preparations
  • Develop and maintain cost controlling policies, frameworks, and guidance documents ensuring firm-wide alignment with cost controlling standards 
  • Prepare and facilitate Firm training sessions on a variety of topics and methodologies, esp around Overhead Cost Controlling 

Let's talk about you

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting and/or controlling
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, controlling or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills and loves to work with data
  • Tech-savvy and affinity with digital opportunities in finance/controlling 
  • Committed to detailed financial reporting and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work autonomously in a collaborative way, oa with shared services teams
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (strong Excel skills); SAP is an asset
  • Positive, can-do mindset
