Your scope:
  • As an HR business partner within Deloitte Tax & Legal, you are part of an enthusiastic, dedicated HR team. You will work in close cooperation with the HR specialist teams (recruitment, payroll & personnel administration, talent development, knowledge team,…).
  • You contribute to the definition and the management of the existing HR processes (onboarding, performance & talent management, mobility, engagement & retention, talent reporting…) and take responsibility for the future of your internal client group with about 200 to 250 employees.
  • As a trusted advisor you build solid relationships to get a good understanding of what lives within the organization. Because of your service-mined attitude and proactive way of thinking, you show the ability to look at the bigger picture, identifying broader talent challenges, and come with ideas on how to address them.
  • Besides your role as an HR Business Partner, you will be involved in different national HR projects depending on your interests, with improved project management skills as the cherry on the cake.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset, pay attention to detail, and are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • You have always been a team player and you are able to express yourself fluently in English in combination with French and Dutch. 
  • Next to that, you have a flexible & pro-active personality with a good sense of humor.
