Join Deloitte's AI & Data practice as a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services Industry team, where you'll drive measurable business impact for Insurance clients. Drawing on your deep expertise in the insurance sector, you’ll deliver projects that position Deloitte as a trusted partner in agentic AI & Data transformation in the Insurance sector. You’ll contribute to business development and client growth by identifying market opportunities, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and turning proposals into engagements.

Your journey with us
  • Work hands-on within client project teams to deliver AI & Data solutions that address complex insurance challenges and generate measurable business outcomes
  • Leverage your deep insurance domain knowledge to identify where agentic AI and data analytics can create competitive advantages and drive business transformation 
  • Contribute to the design of data-driven and AI-powered solutions that automate complex insurance processes 
  • Use your established insurance network and industry credibility to identify market opportunities and turn strategic conversations into high-impact client engagements 
  • Own senior stakeholder relationships on engagements, navigating competing priorities across business and technology leadership 
  • Proactively broaden and deepen relationships with senior-level clients, identifying additional opportunities for collaboration 

Let's talk about you:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in the insurance industry  
  • Proven track record designing and implementing AI & Data initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes 
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes (underwriting, pricing, claims management) and sector-specific challenges  
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and platforms (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, cloud platforms)  
  • Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate technical solutions into business value 
  • Strong project management, coaching, and client relationship management skills; you are energised by sharing your knowledge with junior team members 
  • Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and engaging with business and technology leadership in client-facing settings 
  • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
