We are looking for a Manager Consolidation:

  • Join a dynamic team to help clients' finance organisations and work collaboratively to address challenges in close, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Partner with leading Belgian finance organisations to solve their challenges in the domain of IFRS, complex accounting, consolidation, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead and coach a diverse team to deliver high-quality work, develop their skills, and advance their careers.
  • Develop your expertise, build a reputation as a trusted advisor, and contribute to firm initiatives like proposals, thought leadership, and recruitment.

You will drive our client’s operations to the next level by:

  • Improving the closing, consolidation, and reporting cycle, and define data and systems strategy.
  • Supporting clients in selecting and implementing new software solutions, and advise on complex accounting matters and reporting requirements.
  • Leading and assisting a skilled team in executing client projects and provide temporary support or managed services for consolidation processes.

Let's talk about you

  • Master's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong financial background with 6-10 years of experience in financial close, consolidation, reporting, audit, assurance, and/or IFRS.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and quality-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Experience in audit and/or consulting is an asset.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan Fluence) being a plus.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
