We're looking for a Manager to lead our Finance Transformation practice in Financial Services and establish thought leadership across the Belgian market. 

As a seasoned advisor to CFOs and board-level executives, you'll combine deep industry expertise with strategic vision to drive transformational outcomes. Join Deloitte's leading Financial Services practice and establish your leadership by: 

  • Commanding strategic conversations – Engage at board level with CFOs and executives, bringing creative insights and deep industry knowledge to shape finance transformation agendas 
  • Setting market direction – Develop forward-looking perspectives on critical finance topics, positioning clients to capitalize on emerging trends and competitive opportunities 
  • Owning complex engagements – Lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs from conception through successful delivery, managing teams and driving accountability across the organization 
  • Expanding market reach – Leverage your Belgian Financial Services network to identify new opportunities and grow our practice across Banking and Insurance sectors 
  • Building organizational capability – Develop and mentor the Finance Transformation FSI team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across Deloitte Consulting 
  • Driving practice growth – Lead business development and sales initiatives that position our Finance practice as the market leader in Financial Services transformation
Let's talk about you 

  • 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry roles 
  • Deep knowledge of the Belgian Financial Services market with substantial experience in Banking and/or Insurance 
  • Established network within the Financial Services industry and demonstrated ability to leverage relationships for business development 
  • Expertise in finance processes, technologies (SAP, Oracle, or similar), and operating models 
  • Exceptional communication skills, you articulate complex ideas clearly to all organizational levels and manage stakeholders with confidence 
  • Strategic mindset. You combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving and industry foresight 
  • Leadership presence. You confidently lead and direct large, cross-functional projects 
  • Proficient level of business English and fluent in Dutch and/or French
