Ben je een jurist met reeds enkele jaren ervaring in sociaal recht en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in jouw buurt? Dan ben jij misschien wel de Manager Sociaal Recht naar wie we op zoek zijn!

Voor ons kantoor te Antwerpen of Zaventem zijn op zoek naar een centrale spilfiguur die meedenkt, anticipeert en als vertrouwenspersoon wil fungeren voor onze klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Je kijkt kritisch naar de organisatiestructuur en bedrijfsprocessen;
Je ondersteunt mee de uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille in de regio en werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team van andere juristen, fiscalisten, accountants en KMO-adviseurs;
Je ondersteunt familiebedrijven en hun aandeelhouders op het vlak van sociale- en arbeidswetgeving ivm: Arbeidsovereenkomsten, arbeidsreglementering; Werktijden, lonen, extra legale voordelen, optimalisatie; sociale gevolgen bij o.a. bedrijfsovername, fusie of sluiting van onderneming; Sociale zekerheid, tewerkstellingsmaatregelen, pensioenfonds, arbeidsvergunningen, detachering … ;
Naast de klassieke wijze van adviesverlening op maat, word je mee ingeschakeld om aan onze klanten via in-house dienstverlening of legal co-sourcing een geïntegreerd aanbod van ondernemingsrecht te bieden;
Je werkt actief mee aan de uitbouw van onze juridische competenties via externe opleidingen, presentaties en onderzoek;
Je werkt actief mee aan de groei van het team specialisten.

Let's talk about you

Je hebt minimum 7 jaar relevante jaren werkervaring in het sociaalrecht en arbeidsrecht, idealiter uit een consultancy omgeving;
Je behaalde een master na master Sociaal Recht;
Je bent klantgericht, beschikt over goede communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden, en hanteert de passende discretie;
Je bent geboeid door de KMO-wereld;
Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels is een troef
