Your journey with us
Due to steep growth, we are now looking to reinforce our team in Belgium with a Workforce Transformation Manager who has a focus on the European Institutions, EU Bodies and Agencies. Your role: 

  • Be a trusted advisor to our clients on a wide range of Human Capital related topics (e.g. Learning & Development, Staff Engagement, Talent Management, Competency Management, Data Analytics, Up/reskilling, Strategic Workforce Planning)
  •  Manage projects, bringing solutions and structure to complex engagements
  • Manage stakeholders and priorities
  • Be a driving force in our international business growth, recognizing and seizing opportunities in the market whilst developing strong and strategic business relationships
  • Be a passionate coach to the team members and lead them with a consistent vision and approach towards results
  • Become part of a large, motivated and successful team
  • Proposal writing and business development comes very natural to you


Let’s Talk About You

  • University degree, preferably a masters degree
  • Approx. 5 to 8 years relevant working experience in Consulting and/or working with the European Institutions, Bodies and Agencies
  • You have experience working with the European Institutions, Bodies and Agencies and/or you intrinsically motivated to serve EU clients 
  • You have a passion and/or experience in guiding organisations through important Human Capital related transformations
  • You have demonstratable project management experience, can coordinate multiple projects in parallel with a consistent eye for detail, quality and risk
  •  You can define and follow-up on project scopes, budgets, and commitments whilst mitigating risks and resolving issues on-the-go
  •  You have a proven track record in business development within an EU context
  •  You have a “can do” attitude and an unquenchable thirst for new learning opportunities
  •  You are a strong team player, who demonstrates ownership by working independently on key activities
  •  You are an intelligent communicator that easily builds strong relations and credibility with clients and colleagues
  • You communicate fluently in English (verbal and written), knowledge of additional EU languages is an advantage
