We are seeking an Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) Analyst with a strong interest in Transfer Pricing / Intercompany and data/ process/ technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the OTP leadership to be part of the delivery team on various business development initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Communicate as a team or individually with clients’ tax, finance, and IT teams to analyze and address data, process, technology, and governance requirements.
  • Participate in client-specific discussions, offering innovative and tailored transfer pricing solutions.
  • Be part of hands-off delivery of projects at clients involving aspects of design and/ or implementation of OTP technology solutions using both SAP and non-SAP platforms, while managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Gain experience in Deloitte’s and third-party technology solutions to enhance their development and adoption.
  • Develop self as OTP specialist on the job as well as through Deloitte’s recruiting and training programs, in collaboration with leadership.

Let's talk about you

  • You have interest to grow as a professional in the field of Operational Transfer Pricing and have some background or affinity to be part of Tax / Transfer Pricing/ Finance/ Systems domain, with a strong communication and quick learning skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of combined experience in transfer pricing, or operational processes, or intercompany finance, tax data or technology solutions within a Big Four firm or a similar in-house role.
  • Technology Skills: Affinity to technology and basic knowledge or education in data management solutions. Basic knowledge of SAP modules/add-ons (such as FICO, SD, MM, COPA, CFIN, SAC, or PAPM) will be an added advantage.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong ability to manage large data sets and complex calculations.
  • Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
