Your journey with us

It starts in our Talent Acquisition team which is in full expansion. We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer:

You are responsible for the first contact and sourcing of senior and management profiles
You become an expert on Linkedin Recruiter and build your network
You build relationships with your stakeholders (hiring managers + recruiters) and are not afraid to challenge them and/or the job requirements
You become a trusted advisor for the hiring managers and recruiters
You are actively involved in the business touchpoints with the hiring managers
You participate in projects such as: CRM lead management, recruitment marketing and events
You gain expertise in your candidate market, remain informed about the latest trends and are in the driver seat for market and industry intelligence
You manage the prescreening calls
As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment Team

Let’s talk about you

You have a bachelors/masters degree and minimum a 1st relevant experience (internship)
You have experience with Linkedin Recruiter
You are a dedicated and curious sourcer who loves to dig deeper to find the perfect match
You are not afraid to call candidates and do a phone screening
You think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills in Dutch and English
You have an open, assertive, and diplomatic personality and you are able to build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization
You are flexible like to act pro-actively, and have the ability to work in a changing environment
Experience in professional services is an asset
