As a Consultant specialising in SAP TM at Deloitte Center of Excellence, you will play a hands-on role supporting complex transportation management implementations across diverse industries. Working alongside experienced consultants and architects, you will deepen your SAP expertise, enhance client-facing skills, and establish yourself as a trusted functional resource in the transportation and logistics domain.

  • Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced SAP TM consultants and architects.
  • Facilitate client workshops, highlighting key decision points and capturing requirements.
  • Oversee design architecture between ERP, SAP TM, and other system landscapes.
  • Perform SAP TM system configuration and customisation.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including Functional Specifications, Business Process Designs, and Configuration Documents.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both your team and clients.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gain exposure to diverse industries and complex implementations to accelerate your expertise.

Let's talk about you

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation projects.
  • Proven involvement in at least one end-to-end implementation covering design, build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Solid expertise in SAP TM pillars: Order Management, Freight Planning, Freight Execution, and Freight Settlement.
  • Familiarity with SAP configuration tools and customisation; ABAP basics are a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of data migration strategies and tools relevant to transportation operations.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP TM integration points (e.g., ERP, EWM, external systems).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Client-facing experience with a proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in English. French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural work environment.
