At Deloitte’s Organization and Work Transformation (OWT) practice, we help our clients respond to complex and fast-changing environments by rethinking how work is done, how organizations are structured, and how capabilities are built. Within OWT, our Future Organization team focuses on shaping organizations of the future, from organization design to workforce strategy, skills, work redesign, and talent mix optimization. We work at the intersection of analytics, technology, and leadership to deliver future-proof solutions.

As a (Senior) Consultant, you’ll help deliver impactful transformation projects while growing your expertise across key Future Organization topics. You’ll take ownership of key workstreams, interact directly with clients, and develop transversal consulting skills that allow you to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. You will help clients answer key questions such as:

  • What organizational structures best enable performance and agility?
  • How can we become more adaptive and future ready as an organization?
  • What skills and capabilities are needed to deliver on strategy?
  • How should work and roles be designed?

As a (Senior) Consultant in Future Organization, you will:
  • Contribute to projects in areas such as:
    • Organization design
    • Strategic workforce planning and workforce strategy
    • Skills-based organization and work redesign
    • Talent mix and leadership model evolution
  • Take ownership of project workstreams, including analysis, workshop preparation, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable development
  • Support the team in translating complex problems into structured solutions and compelling narratives
  • Interact with client stakeholders at various levels and support change conversations with empathy and confidence
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality outputs while continuously learning from others
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge, methods, and tools in Future Organization
  • Stay curious and informed about trends shaping the future of work and organizations

Let's talk about you

  • A fast and continuous learner with 2–6 years of experience in consulting or in-house roles focused on organization, workforce, or transformation topics
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, structuring ideas, and working in collaborative teams
  • Able to connect business challenges to organizational and workforce solutions
  • Interested in topics like workforce strategy, org design, skills, or the future of work, and eager to grow across them
  • An excellent communicator, able to develop clear, compelling deliverables and insights
  • Naturally curious and passionate about building better, more agile organizations
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
